Video Consultation
Secure virtual visits that open from a text message and document themselves as they happen. No app for the patient to install, no portal login to reset, and the note in your EHR before the call ends.
A consultation, end to end
Fifteen seconds of a consultation in progress — live captions under each speaker, interpretation and consent visible in the room, and the whole call running in a browser tab.
How a visit runs
The clinician does the consultation. Everything either side of it — getting the patient into the room, and getting the visit into the record — is the part that usually eats the afternoon, and it is the part that is handled.
The invitation arrives by SMS or email and opens in the browser the patient already has. No app, no portal password, no account to create — which is where most of the no-shows on a video clinic come from.
Ambient documentation runs through the visit, and if the patient is speaking another language the interpretation runs with it. Neither is a second window: both sit inside the call.
The note, the coding, the follow-up task and the patient instructions land in your EHR on the same integration the rest of the platform uses. Nothing waits in an inbox to be re-keyed.
In the room
Nothing here asks a clinician to work differently. The chart is in the same window, the language barrier is handled in the call, and the write-up is done by the time the patient has gone.
One tap from the message. It runs in Safari and Chrome on a phone that is five years old, and it degrades to audio on a connection that cannot hold video.
The same 60+ language engine the phone line runs on, inside the call. The patient hears their language, the clinician hears theirs, and the note is written up in English either way.
Ambient notes, coding suggestions and patient instructions generated from the consultation itself rather than typed up after it. The clinician reviews and signs.
A family member on another continent, an interpreter, a supervising consultant, a student with consent. Everyone joins from their own link, and the room logs who was in it.
When remote is the wrong answer
A video clinic is only safe if it is willing to stop being one. Your escalation protocol is loaded into the room, and the room enforces it — in the call, while the patient is still there to be told.
Encrypted end to end
Media never lands on a disk we own.
EU-hosted, GDPR-first
Sovereign tenancy, Article 28 DPA.
Not recorded by default
Recording is opt-in, per visit, with consent.
Writes to your EHR
On your existing integration. No migration.
The limits, up front
Your triage rules do. The room enforces them — it will refuse to open for a presentation your protocol says must be seen in person, and it says so to both sides.
Nothing is recorded unless the visit is explicitly set to record and the patient agrees on the call. Ambient documentation works from the live audio and keeps no copy of it.
Every note it drafts is reviewed and signed by the person who held the consultation. Nothing reaches the record unsigned, and the draft is kept alongside the final so the edit is auditable.
FAQ
No. The link opens the consultation in the browser that is already on their phone or laptop — Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox. There is no app, no account and no password, which removes the step that most video-clinic no-shows actually fail at.
The room drops video before it drops audio, and tells both sides it has done so rather than freezing. If the connection fails outright, the visit falls back to a phone call on the number already in the chart and the documentation carries on uninterrupted.
It is the same engine the phone line runs on, in the room rather than beside it. The patient's language is detected from how they speak instead of chosen from a menu, and a mid-sentence switch is followed. The clinical note is written up consistently whichever languages the visit moved through.
Not by default. Recording is off unless a visit is explicitly configured for it and the patient consents on the call. Ambient documentation works from the live audio and does not retain it — the note is what persists, not the conversation.
Yes, on the integration the rest of the platform already uses. The visit, the note, the coding and any follow-up task are written back into the chart you run today. There is no second system for your team to check.
Pick the list that suits video least — the one with the interpreters, the housebound patients and the follow-ups nobody can get to. We will set it up against your EHR and you can watch a real clinic run on it.
