How long is it, and who should join?
Thirty minutes. Whoever runs the practice or the department, plus the person who owns the phone system or the EHR — those two get the most out of it. Anyone else is welcome.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. Nothing to install, and we need no access to your systems to run the demo. Knowing your rough call volume and which EHR you're on is enough for us to shape it around your setup.
Is this a sales call?
It's a walkthrough. You'll see the agent handle a live call and get straight answers on integration, safety, and pricing. If your setup isn't a fit for what we do, we'll tell you on the call rather than after it.
Can we skip the demo and trial it ourselves?
Yes — say so in the notes and we'll set up a sandbox tenancy you can run calls against. Most teams still start with the demo, because it's faster than finding your way around the builder alone.
