Your choices about AI tools used by your clinic

Your care, your choice.Some clinics use PrimumAI tools to save time with admin and note-taking. You are in control. You can say yes or no at any time. Your care stays the same either way.

What tools might your clinic use?

Ambient Scribe (in-room / video call): listens during the visit and drafts a note for your clinician to review.

AI Receptionist (phone): helps answer and route calls. Recording or transcription is off unless your clinic asks first.

Booking, reminders & billing: online booking, SMS/email reminders, and payment links to make admin easier.

Important: Your clinician reviews and edits any AI draft before it becomes part of your record.

Your choices at a glance

  • Ambient Scribe — your clinician will ask before using it. You can say no at any time.
  • Call recording/transcription — your clinic will ask first. If you don't consent, calls continue without recording.
  • Reminders (SMS/email) — you can opt in/out. Service reminders don't need consent; marketing messages do.
  • Optional research/model improvement — only if your clinic offers this and only with separate opt-in.

How we handle audio and notes

  • By default we do not keep audio. The assistant listens live to draft a note.
  • If your clinic decides to keep recordings, they will tell you clearly and ask first.
  • Draft notes are checked by your clinician before they go into your record.

Change your mind anytime

Tell your clinician or reception. Or email harsh@primumai.eu (include your name, clinic name, and what you want to change). We'll help switch things off for future visits. Notes already approved by your clinician stay in your medical record.

Short scripts you may hear

  • In the room: 'I'd like to use an AI note assistant so I can focus on you. It listens and drafts a summary for me to review. No recording is kept by default. Is that okay?'
  • On the phone (if recording is enabled): 'With your permission, we'll record or transcribe this call to help with your request. Is that okay?'

Accessibility & language

Ask for large-print or translated versions at reception. Interpreters can read the same consent script in your language.

Who is responsible for your data?
