Clinic workflow (7 steps)

Put the poster in reception and rooms.
Use the verbal script at every visit for Ambient Scribe.
If you enable call recording, use the IVR + agent script (all-party consent where needed).
Collect standing preferences: always allow / ask each time / never.
Enable the portal widget and POST to /api/consents.
Use the consent log schema to store who/what/when/how/version + notes.
Handle withdrawals: switch off for future; ask PrimumAI for deletion of any stored audio—receive a Deletion Certificate.
